Finance (Mark Fortier):Annual financial report was reviewed. Motion made by Brenda Burgess to require the payee of a check to not be a signer. Scott Moore seconded the motion, which carried.
Youth Committee (Brenda Burgess):Youth league has started, officers have been elected. Cheyenne Kritzer has been selected to replace Trevor Lessard as the state youth representative.
Open Board Position:Gerry Biron has been added the board of directors.
Annual Awards Dinner (Deb Edgecomb):Price at Marco's is $28. Motion made by Brenda Burgess to reduce the price of tickets charge to bowlers by $10. Tom Giberti seconded, motion carried. 50/50 raffles will be sold at the dinner. Bowling ball raffle will be held leading up to the dinner.
Bowler of the Year Tournament.September 28. City Tournament's dress code rule adopted for the BOY tournament. James Goulding III, Mallory Nutting, and Cathy Bickford have pulled out of the tournament. They are being replaced by Nelson Beaudoin, Joan Goulding, and Anita Morin.

Committee AppointmentsWill be distributed via email.
City TournamentPrizes from last year's tournament will be distributed as they become available. Date is last weekend of February and first weekend of March. Lineage will be 15 cents per set higher than last year. Rules will be worked on by the tournament committee.
New business from the floor.Tom suggested the association hold miscellaneous tournaments. The tournament committee will work on this.
